We have an interesting project coming up on Friday, June 9th beginning at 9:00 am. We are doing a Waterfront Restoration Project at Pine Cottage in collaboration with Great Roots, Crow Wing County Soil & Water and WAPOA. We will be planting 1,000 native plants along the lake and pond with “willow wattle” installation on the shoreline. All of this is for lake health, pollinator food and shoreline protection.

We’d love to have you stop by to volunteer a bit or just see what it’s all about. Lunch will be provided.
