Past Board Members & Volunteers

Past presidents, board members, volunteers, members and contributors have made WAPOA what it is today. Because of their work and contributions, we are able to continue our stewardship.

2022 Outstanding Conservationist

Kristie Roedl was very happy to be recognized as the Crow Wing Soil and Water Conservation Districts 2022 Outstanding Conservationist.

Kristie earned this award through excellent relationship development and tirelessly sharing of her time to help improve the shorelines in the Pine River Watershed. She really enjoys working with all the property owners that are concerned about losing their shorelines due to wave action and ice push.  She also has dedicated her time educating people about the importance of pollinators  and how we all can work together to save the pollinators. “It is so wonderful to work with land owners that care about the environment and want to preserve their shoreland and protect our lakes for future generations”.

Thank you Kristie, for all your dedication, energy and hard work!
