Dave Topinka Passes Away

Dave Topinka, our WAPOA Membership Director, passed away in December from a cardiac arrest. Dave was a tireless volunteer and deeply committed to the mission of WAPOA and protecting our natural resources. Dave was a kind and gentle man with a wonderful sense of humor. He will be sorely missed by his colleagues and many friends in this area. Our deepest sympathy goes out to his wife Judy and the Topinka family.
